SMS & Mobile Messaging Policy

This SMS & Mobile Messaging Policy applies to the text messaging programs operated by LAND RUN 1889 ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive SMS text messages from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Program Description
Depending on your opt-in selections, we send text messages for two primary purposes:
- Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule notifications, post-service follow-ups, and account/estimate/payment information.
- Marketing Messages: Promotional discounts, deals, new service announcements, customer loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and re-engagement promotions.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you request.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy & Data Sharing
We value your privacy. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
